Fits Women's Large or Men's Medium/Large. 
 
Jacket is adjusted at waist with belt and buckle. Front closes with zippers and has a snap down collar. Cuffs close with snaps and pockets close with zippers. Ventilation pockets on front and back - close with zippers. Black quilted liner with inner pocket.
 
Chaps close with outside zipper, snaps at bottom, and belt buckles at waist. It has three front pockets -- one that zips closed.
